Eleos Health Forms Customer Advisory Board to Ensure Alignment With Community-Based Centers

Boston, January 18, 2022—Eleos Health, a digital health startup transforming behavioral healthcare with voice-to-insights technology, announced today that they have formed a Customer Advisory Board to ensure alignment with community-based centers. The purpose of the Community Advisory Board is to share the roadmap of the company for feedback. It is important to Eleos Health that their roadmap of development is reflective of the needs of the customer and is responsive to the constantly changing regulatory environment. The Consumer Advisory Board will meet quarterly. Eleos Health is in the process of forming Customer Advisory Boards for their other lines of business including health systems and clinical education programs.

The three board members include Uday Madasu, Chief Information Officer of The Jewish Board, Brian Turner, MPH Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Solvista Health, and Hattie Tracy, President and CEO of Coleman Services.

The three board members were selected for their impressive and innovative leadership in the field of community-based behavioral health. Selected from around the country, each member has a unique view on how technology embeds into their clinical services. They are early adopters of new technology platforms that improve outcomes for their clients and as such are uniquely positioned to advise Eleos Health.

Uday Madasu, Chief Information Officer at Jewish board said, “I think part of the opportunity with Eleos Health is to not only improve productivity, efficiency, timeliness of documentation, and then ultimately improve revenue but to really make a difference qualitatively in collecting the relevant information. The information is based on the interaction that our staff and clients are having not only in any single session but over a period of time to really evaluate the efficacy of the work we are doing. It allows us to examine if our work is making indeed making a difference in our clients’ lives from an outcomes perspective.”
