This is an exciting opportunity to make an enormous impact as you will play a critical role in shaping the culture, processes, and day-to-day experience of our superb team in Tel Aviv and globally. This role reports to the VP of People based in Israel.

As the Director of People & Global Organizational Development, you’ll take a key role in driving organizational health and our unique culture and values, continuously assessing the organizational needs, devising solutions and coaching managers and employees. Your role will include ownership over onboarding, engaging, growing, and developing our people, as well as adapting cross-organizational HR processes and leading initiatives to best support the team’s development and growth.

How will you contribute?

  • Foster a deeply inclusive and caring culture at Eleos, where every individual feels valued, empowered, and inspired to contribute their best.
  • Act as the trusted advisor to our leaders, providing guidance on people-related matters, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Created and led HR programs and initiatives in the fields of talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee development, and succession planning.
  • Lead organizational development and learning initiatives, design and execute global programs and processes to support business needs and HR strategy.
  •  Provide strategic business partnerships, thought partnerships, and coaching to all levels of the organization.
  • Act as a champion for recognition, celebrating achievements, and fostering a culture of appreciation
  • Drive the talent acquisition motion in Israel and partner with business leaders to identify and attract top talent.

What qualifications and skills will help you to be successful? 

  • 6-9  years experience in the field of HR, with at least 3 years in a senior individual contributor HR role.
  • 3-5 years of managerial experience, preferably in talent acquisition functions.
  • At least 5 years experience in Organizational Development roles in a tech environment. 
  • Experience in a global startup organization (SaaS B2B is ideal), where you’ve seen what success looks like. 
  • Demonstrated success leading HR initiatives and driving change in a global environment.
  • Excellent communicator and relationship builder.
  • Always willing to 'roll up your sleeves' and do what it takes to get the job done
  • Experienced in coaching leaders and employees. 
  • Bachelor’s degree and master’s in psychology, organizational consulting, HR, or a relevant field.
  • Fluent in English.
