This is an exciting opportunity to make an enormous impact on the lives and experiences of our people, as you will play a critical role in shaping the culture and day2day experience of our superb team in our TLV office. In this role, you will plan and execute initiatives that are designed to make our people feel part of a community that values them, cares about them and will go above and beyond to celebrate who they are, both as individuals and as a group. As part of the global HR Team in an early stage start up, you’ll be highly instrumental in laying the foundation of our team’s identity, processes and culture. You’ll be reporting to the VP of People, and will be working with our Talent Acquisition Partners and US Office & Event Manager, with the intention of building a stellar employee experience worldwide!

How will you contribute?

  • You’ll have End2End responsibility for the office aesthetics, facilities and day to day environment
  • Plan and execute our experience approach, annual plan and all employee life cycle initiatives
  • Play a big part in preparing for and supporting our new joiners in their first days
  • Manage the office budget
  • Be responsible for all travel and expenses arrangements
  • Act as the main focal point for vendors and service providers
  • Organize office operations and procedures

What qualifications and skills will help you to be successful?

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role at a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong passion for creating memorable experiences for our team, visitors and candidates
  • Radical ownership mentality
  • Strong project management skills
  • Service oriented, friendly and approachable with a can do attitude
  • Excellent communicator who is able to work effectively across the organization
  • Always willing to 'roll up your sleeves' and do what it takes to get the job done
  • attention to details and follow-up; with you, no detail gets lost.
  • Experienced in Google suite



Some nice to haves are:

  • Experience with vendor and budget management
