As the Director of People, US you will be responsible for taking our People’s team impact to the next level. This is an exciting opportunity to make an enormous impact as you will play a critical role in shaping the culture, processes, and day-to-day experience of our superb team in the US. In this role, you will have end-to-end ownership over HR domains and processes in the US, as well as global initiatives. This role reports to the VP of People based in Israel and requires on-site presence at our office in Waltham, MA. How will you contribute?

  • Foster a deeply inclusive and caring culture at Eleos, where every individual feels valued, empowered, and inspired to contribute their best.
  • Act as the trusted advisor to our leaders, providing guidance on people-related matters, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Create and lead HR programs and initiatives in the fields of talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee development, and succession planning.
  • Implement diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a workplace that values and embraces individual differences.
  • Cultivate a strong sense of employee well-being by overseeing health benefits administration, employee assistance programs, and wellness initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations at the federal, state, and local levels.
  • Act as a champion for recognition, celebrating achievements, and fostering a culture of appreciation
  • Drive the talent acquisition motion in the US, partner with business leaders to identify and attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on organizational initiatives, driving alignment and integration across Eleos.
  • Embrace and foster cross collaboration within the US team and globally.
  • Cultivate a strong sense of employee well-being by overseeing health benefits administration, employee assistance programs, and wellness initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the global People's team to share and develop best practices and forward thinking initiatives in the US and across the organization.
  • Implement diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a workplace that values and embraces individual differences.

What qualifications and skills will help you to be successful?

  • 6-9 years experience in the field of HR and Talent Acquisition, with at least 3 years in a senior individual contributor HR role.
  • Previous experience with working closely with Go-To-Market leaders and growing teams.
  • Experience in a global startup organization (SaaS B2B is ideal), where you’ve seen how success looks like.
  • Demonstrated success leading HR initiatives and driving change in a global environment.
  • Strong knowledge of US labor laws and regulations.
  • Extra credit to those who have a project management background and/or organizational development experience.
  • Excellent communicator and relationship builder.
  • Always willing to 'roll up your sleeves' and do what it takes to get the job done
  • Experienced in coaching and leaders and employees.
