What is this opportunity?
We are looking for a Director of Sales focusing on the mid-market space, reporting into our Associate Vice President. Our ideal candidate is a team player who lives to drive success. This role will have responsibility for developing revenue growth within the behavioral health marketplace. To start, the territory will be one quadrant of the US, and you will sell our entire product suite.
Who are you?
You are a sales professional with 3-5+ years of sales experience selling B2B SaaS technology in the mid-market or commercial space. You are a hunter with proven success prospecting and closing new logo opportunities. You know how to gather requirements, understand customer use cases, set proper expectations, demo the Eleos platform, build relationships, and manage the entire sales cycle.

How will you contribute?
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and use case
- Engage with C-suite executives and align with their strategic roadmap
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations on products and services
- Develop and implement strategic account and opportunity plans to drive revenue
- Negotiate and close deals as well as address concerns or objections
- Collaborate with internal team members to achieve optimum results
- Develop your existing network of relationships in the market. This includes attending conferences and participating in appropriate groups approved by our team
- Support marketing team to identify and execute plans for market awareness, client case studies, and vertical market growth within assigned accounts
- Provide accurate and timely forecasts (monthly, quarterly and annual)
- Maintain current and accurate information in Salesforce
What qualifications and skills will help you to be successful?
- 3-5+ years of proven experience leading business growth in the healthcare market
- Proven success selling multi-year, technology-enabled contracts
- Start-Up Experience
- Established relationships with key executives with purchasing decision authority
- Ability to develop and execute on ambitious growth and sales targets
- Results oriented – holds themselves accountable for short- and long-term success
- Exceptional communication skills
- Flexible on travel

- The base pay range for this position is $100K-130K per year. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, length of service, and geographic location.
