We are Proud to Present the State of Care Intelligence Report

The provision of behavioral healthcare has stayed mainly unchanged since its inception in the 19th century. With heavy demands on clinicians’ time and limited resources for tracking outcomes, the struggle to map client progress can seem insurmountable.

Care Intelligence is a new way to deliver evidence-based care, at scale. Our vision is to fundamentally improve how behavioral health is delivered in the world, through Voice AI that promises to improve the quality of care, increase access to care and reduce clinicians’ burnout.

Why Work is the Biggest Concern in the Pandemic

Many things were occupying people’s thoughts during the pandemic.

Anonymized data, collected from behavioral health sessions, found that the most frequently mentioned topic was ‘work.’ Consumers mentioned work 2.5 times more frequently than any other topic, including health and family.

  • Discover insights and objective data on the best practices that lead to consumer improvement.
  • See how over-performing clinicians practice and leverage data to do so.
  • Learn how innovative providers are using AI to highlight best practices for work-related depression.

“Work participation and satisfaction are both predictors and markers of overall mental health. It is not surprising that during a global pandemic that rattled one’s sense of physiological and financial safety, people are preoccupied with thoughts about their work. Fortunately, CBT and other empirically supported treatments are geared to address these concerns.
