February 9, 2022 – Eleos Health is pleased to announce a partnership with Unison Behavioral Health to reduce its clinicians’ administrative burden. Unison will use Eleos Health’s voice-based artificial intelligence to analyze therapy sessions and create a baseline note for clinicians reducing average documentation time by 40%. Unison Behavioral Health is a community behavioral health and developmental disability provider across eight counties in Georgia. Unison Behavioral Health identified improving quality of care and reducing clinician documentation time as key strategic goals for 2022. The COVID-19 pandemic has exacerbated staffing shortages at the same time there is an increased need for services overburdening clinicians. Unison was looking for a tool that could reduce burdens on their clinicians without sacrificing the quality of care.
