February 9, 2022 – Eleos Health is pleased to announce a partnership with Unison Behavioral Health to reduce its clinicians’ administrative burden. Unison will use Eleos Health’s voice-based artificial intelligence to analyze therapy sessions and create a baseline note for clinicians reducing average documentation time by 40%. Unison Behavioral Health is a community behavioral health and developmental disability provider across eight counties in Georgia. Unison Behavioral Health identified improving quality of care and reducing clinician documentation time as key strategic goals for 2022. The COVID-19 pandemic has exacerbated staffing shortages at the same time there is an increased need for services overburdening clinicians. Unison was looking for a tool that could reduce burdens on their clinicians without sacrificing the quality of care. Unison Clinical Director Viva Steed said, “Unison recognizes that completing documentation can be a stressor for staff. To reduce stressors, we are partnering with Eleos Health to support clinicians in their mission to meet care goals. We are confident the technology is confidential secure, and privacy is protected. This tool is integrated into our electronic medical record, and we are excited that Unison will be part of Behavioral Health’s cutting-edge technology. The Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities has assisted in making this project possible and we are grateful for their resource contribution.”

Dror Zaide, Chief Operating Officer of Eleos Health said, “we are pleased to partner with Unison to drive clinical and operational efficiency. We believe that by using Eleos Health, Unison will be able to provide a better experience for both clinicians and clients. The way we see it, the more clinicians who have Eleos in their hands, means the best care is being provided, and more people getting better, sooner”.

In addition to reducing documentation time, Eleos Health’s platform provides insights for clinicians into the session. The organization’s care intelligence platform provides client-clinician talk time, key topics discussed, and fidelity to evidence-based practices. Clinicians can use this data to inform how they respond to the client and to make changes to treatment.
