As 2024 draws close, we’re celebrating another year of meaningful impact, exceptional growth, and cutting-edge innovation at Eleos. This year has been about more than numbers—it’s been about transforming the lives of behavioral health providers and the individuals and families they serve. It was also a year that we really came together as a team like never before, and reached across our functional areas to achieve some outstanding results.

At Eleos, we measure success by delivering value to those who rely on us. This focus on our end users is at the core of our new brand positioning and our new company motto: “You Care, We Care.” To that end, in 2024 we:

  • Saved clinicians the equivalent of 72 years of work, dramatically reducing administrative burdens and enabling them to focus on what matters most—delivering care.
  • Helped 215,000 unique individuals receive better treatment, transforming lives through more efficient, high-quality care.
  • Supported the completion of 1.15M progress notes, freeing clinical teams to spend more time with clients.
  • Improved time from signature to go-live by 44% (meaning behavioral health organizations are going live with the Eleos platform faster and seeing the benefits of our solutions sooner). This makes our average total implementation time the fastest in the market for any AI solution for mid-to-large healthcare organizations.

This impact is felt in every provider helped, every note completed, and every client supported. Eleos is redefining what’s possible in behavioral health care, empowering providers to do their best work.

Achieving Unprecedented Growth and Momentum

2024 was a transformational year for Eleos. We:

  • More than doubled our revenue, reflecting the growing trust and value we bring our customers.
  • Added close to 100 new customer organizations, dramatically expanding our reach and footprint across the behavioral health community.
  • Became a Gold Partner of the National Council of Mental Wellbeing, solidifying Eleos as the de facto premier AI company in this space.
  • Launched our “Friends of Eleos” partner referral program to recommend other service and technology vendors who meet our high standards of excellence.
  • Shipped dozens of new features and capabilities, including:
    • Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG): Eleos uses a unique six-tiered approach to selecting the past data our AI uses to generate new content for each individual note, enhancing the accuracy and relevancy of the output and guarding against issues like hallucinations.
    • Eleos Documentation Dashboard: Our new business intelligence dashboard provides leadership teams with unprecedented visibility into note, provider, and org-level KPIs.
    • Text Input: To accommodate sessions where audio is not available—either in-office or on-the-go—Eleos now offers the ability to enter a series of short, written bullet points that capture the highlights of the session, which we then expand into a full progress note.

  • In 2024, Eleos evolved from a single-product vendor to a platform company, launching our first compliance product to automate progress note quality checks and to ensure progress notes are compliant and audit-proof.
  • We are proud to be the only company in our space with multi-modal large language models (MM-LLMs) in production, enabling advanced AI workflows, agentic AI solutions, and unparalleled insights for clinicians.

3. Unmatched Security

  • Security is foundational to everything we do. Eleos is the only company in our space with a full-time Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) who ensures the highest data protection standards.
  • We are proud to be an AI data privacy and security trailblazer. We are on track to become the first company in our space to achieve ISO 42001 certification, setting a new benchmark for security and trust.
  • Additionally, we achieved an external attack surface score of greater than 99, showcasing our leadership in cybersecurity.

Building a Diverse and Rapidly Growing Team
