What is this opportunity?

We at Eleos are building a state-of-the-art behavioral health CareOps automation solution. Our platform is a cutting-edge solution that turns behavioral health conversations into documentation and intelligence that drives better care, enhances therapists day to day, and increases their effectiveness and success.

Our solution uses proprietary NLU to digitize behavioral health conversations, track evidence-based care, and reduce documentation work by 50%+.

Full stack development at Eleos is an opportunity to deliver incredible experiences to our users while thinking of durable, resilient, fault-tolerant, and scalable systems.
You will be taking a significant role in our R&D, planning and designing new features with the mentoring of our amazing team, building yourself towards leading projects of your own.

Who are you?

You are experienced in building web applications, understanding both the back and front end.

You are passionate about technology and software development, keep your knowledge always up to date and enjoy tackling complex and challenging problems.

You are an excellent team player and can aid your teammate towards an effective and efficient software development methodology and culture.

You are data-driven and nimble, invest your efforts based on what’s most needed and also build solutions that embrace failure and will be scalable and reliable as traffic exponentially grows.

How will you contribute?

• 3+ years working on web-based applications with real-world users
• 2+ years coding FE in React, Angular, and Vue - React as an advantage
• 1+ years coding BE in Python, Node.js, Go, Java - Django as an advantage
• 1+ years working with databases - relational as an advantage
• 1+ years working with cloud-based services - AWS as an advantage
• Incredible communication and interpersonal skills - a must
