The innovation award is given to an organization that pushes boundaries and creatively uses technology to improve patient outcomes.

Solvista Health, an integrated health care provider in Colorado, received the Community Award due to its commitment to person-centeredness throughout the implementation process. Solvista Health brought Eleos Health before their member committee to ensure that those they serve were included in the decision-making process and approved of the use of Eleos Health.

Dror Zaide, Chief Operating Officer and Co-founder of Eleos Health said, “We were so impressed with the warm culture at Solvista Health. The time they spent to ensure this product was right for their clients, their direct care staff, and their administration was impressive. Their commitment to ensuring a smooth adoption and implementation of technology is a model for other organizations.”

“We appreciate the recognition of the Solvista Health culture we work so hard to cultivate. We take a human-centered approach to all that we do, ensuring the care we provide – and the tools we leverage to do so – meet the needs and preferences of the individuals we serve,” said Brian Turner, President & CEO for Solvista, “Our work with Eleos is a wonderful reflection of that commitment.”

Achieve Behavioral Health received the Eleos Health Innovation Award for being the first to customize their own clinical intervention abilities and create a seamless workflow. The team at Achieve Behavioral Health aided in the design and challenged Eleos Health to ensure it met their needs. In addition, to their use of Eleos Health, the organization has its own team of developers in what they call the Tech Cave to drive the organization towards more efficient and patient-centered care practices.
