As 2025 comes to a close, I’m proud of what the Eleos team delivered this year to support almost 40,000 clinicians in helping over a million Americans with the most advanced AI in behavioral health.

In service of our mission, our footprint expanded meaningfully in 2025:

  • We’re now serving 250+ organizations and operating across 39 states.
  • We added 140 new team members, bringing our total to over 250.
  • We expanded our presence across behavioral health, SUD, home health, and hospice.

Here is my roundup of the top moments from this year and a brief look at my hopes for what’s ahead.

Accelerating Momentum Through Strategic Investment

2025 marked a pivotal growth year for Eleos, cementing our position as the category leader in post-acute care. Compared to 2024, we have seen:

  • More than 2x providers served: We’re supporting almost 40,000 providers to date.
  • 3x individuals treated: For the first time, our platform supported care for over 1 million lives—triple the number we served in 2024.
  • Over 3x hours saved: We gave back 655,000+ hours (that’s 75 years!) to healthcare workers this year, compared to 190,000 hours last year.
  • 3.5x volume of notes: Usage exploded, with the Eleos system processing over 5.2 million notes this year. Each note represents a 60-180-minute session, meaning we accurately and safely analyzed millions of hours of complex, real-world conversations.

Strategic investments allowed us to move faster—advancing our platform, expanding into new care settings, and strengthening the teams and technological foundations that support our customers.

Series C Funding

In January, we announced a $60M Series C round, bringing Eleos’ total funding to $120M+. This raise was a direct reflection of our rapid growth and our firm position as the most widely deployed enterprise-grade behavioral health AI solution on the market. It also equipped us with the resources we need to move faster.

This funding was an important company milestone, validating that provider-first AI can deliver real operational impact in the highest-stakes care environments—and that meaningful change happens when clinicians are equipped with the right tools.

Security Advancements

Trust is at the foundation of healthcare, and in AI, it’s non-negotiable.

That’s why we continued investing in our security infrastructure this year, reinforcing our commitment to AI quality, transparency, and risk management.

This includes:

  • Achieving our ISO 42001 certification
  • Earning the Drummond pDSI (predictive decision-support interventions) Risk Certification, and
  • Adopting (and actually helping build) the SAIL framework, a system that provides an overarching, practical strategy for managing AI-specific risks and building trustworthy AI.

Leadership Expansion

We continued investing in leadership to support Eleos’ next phase of growth and innovation across behavioral health and post-acute care by:

  • Elevating Dr. Denny Morrison to Chief Clinical Officer, reflecting the increasing importance of clinical rigor as we scale AI across complex care settings; and
  • Welcoming several senior leaders to support our next phase of growth:

Delivering Category-Defining Product Innovation

This past year was one of the most significant in our company’s history for product growth. We launched new capabilities across documentation, compliance, and real-time intelligence—built for the realities of behavioral health, SUD treatment, home health, and hospice care.

Eleos Compliance

First, we launched Eleos Compliance, bringing AI-powered documentation quality review to the teams responsible for CDI, CQI, and audit readiness. Developed with guidance from legal and regulatory experts retained by the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, Eleos Compliance helps organizations move from reviewing a small sample of notes to continuously scanning 100% of documentation—so risks can be addressed earlier and with less manual effort.

In this product launch announcement, I introduce Eleos Compliance and the new Documentation Dashboard, highlighting how AI enables continuous review of 100% of notes to improve quality and compliance.

Organizations like GRAND Mental Health and Merakey are leveraging Eleos Compliance to automatically scan every eligible note every day, a 20x increase in volume over traditional manual review.

This is a major step forward in our mission. We’re not just helping clinicians document faster, but also helping organizations document more accurately, consistently, and defensibly at scale.

New Documentation Experience

We also launched a reimagined Eleos Documentation experience that fits the way clinicians actually work—fast, in-flow, and alongside the EHR.

Backed by the latest advancements in multimodal models, the new experience enables providers to capture sessions virtually or in-person and generate accurate, clinically relevant note content from either ambient audio or a few written bullet points.

In this product launch announcement, I walk through the new Eleos Documentation experience and how it expands AI-powered documentation across more settings and note types.

The new Eleos Documentation experience also works for:

  • A wide range of one-on-one session types,
  • 150+ languages, and
  • Offline mobile workflows (especially important for field-based teams).

For providers, this means less time spent reconstructing sessions from memory and more confidence that notes are accurate, timely, and complete—with zero disruption to care.

Groups & Expansion into SUD

We officially expanded into the substance use disorder (SUD) segment and launched Groups Audio: The first AI solution to deliver individual speaker summaries for group therapy sessions.

In this product launch announcement, I introduce Eleos’ expanded SUD capabilities—bringing AI-powered group documentation and compliance support to one of the most complex and underserved areas of behavioral health.

Groups Audio supports multi-speaker care environments across in-person, hybrid, and telehealth settings, generating notes both for the group as a whole as well as individual participants. This allows organizations to scale group-based care while maintaining documentation quality and compliance.

OBBBA (H.R.1) Medicaid Eligibility Scanner

Sweeping policy changes and Medicaid cuts brought on by H.R.1, a.k.a. the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA), caused major disruption across the healthcare space.

In response, we launched the OBBBA AI scanner—a real-time tool that helps detect potential Medicaid eligibility changes during sessions, so organizations can act earlier to preserve coverage, reduce denials, and maintain continuity of care.

Providers can select Medicaid-related themes to track, such as housing status, diagnosis updates, or life events, and Eleos proactively surfaces signals that may impact eligibility before coverage lapses.

It’s provider-first technology built for a moment when funding uncertainty is putting care access in jeopardy.

Polaris AI

Last, but certainly not least, we introduced Polaris AI, built in collaboration with Google Cloud technology.

In this product launch announcement, I introduce Polaris AI and share how it sets a new standard for accuracy, quality, and trust in post-acute care.

Designed for post-acute care environments where the conversation is the treatment, Polaris AI is optimized to:

  • Understand clinical nuance,
  • Recognize evidence-based techniques,
  • Handle sensitive disclosures with care, and
  • Support long, complex sessions (including group settings).

This marks the next phase in our effort to raise the bar for documentation accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across some of healthcare’s most sensitive environments.

Moving into Home Health & Hospice

Our expansion into home health, hospice, and palliative care represents an evolution of our mission.

Similar to their peers in behavioral health and SUD, home-based clinicians face:

  • Limited time between visits,
  • Emotionally complex environments, and
  • Ever-increasing regulatory pressure.

We’re bringing proven, purpose-built AI to help those clinicians generate complete notes in minutes, strengthen compliance at the point of care, and stay focused on the person in front of them—not the paperwork.

This expansion widens our reach to a segment of healthcare professionals who have long been underserved by technology.

Looking Ahead to 2026—and Beyond

Even with all we’ve accomplished in 2025, there is certainly still work to be done.

As long as clinicians in behavioral health, SUD, and home-based care continue to struggle with administrative burdens, burnout, and funding challenges—all while demand for care continues to rise—we’ll work diligently to better support them.

To our customers, partners, and the entire Eleos team: Thank you. Your trust and dedication made 2025 possible, and I’m excited to continue building on this momentum in 2026.
