When we kicked off the No Notes podcast last year, our goal was simple: Bring together the brightest minds in behavioral health to talk candidly about the issues keeping leaders up at night.

Fast-forward to today, and the response has been nothing short of mic-drop-worthy. Each season has grown and evolved, giving us a front-row seat to the policies, technologies, and workforce shifts reshaping the future of care.

Season 1 was our self-titled album. We were just getting our feet wet, but entered the space with a bang.

Season 2, we leveled up—more policy, more advocacy, and even more markets (like SUD).

Let’s just say we’ve built quite the reputation for great content (*behavioral health, SUD, and post-acute care’s version).

It’s Me, Hi. It’s Season 3.

Trust us, this season is anything but a problem. We’re bringing more stories, more strategy, and more “I need to send this to my COO immediately” moments.

Take a sneak-peek tour of our first few episodes below. We’ll add links for you to listen or watch as they’re released.

The rest? Consider them “vaulted tracks” for now. But don’t worry—we’ll give you a few hints soon.

Episode 1 — From Skepticism to Success: Bert Nash’s AI Adoption Story

Featuring guests from Bert Nash Community Mental Health Center: Marsha Page-White, LSCSW, Senior Director of Community Based Services; Nicole Stafford, LSCSW, LCSW, Clinical Consultant for EHR; and Tim Nolte, Clinical & Business Operations Analyst

When Bert Nash introduced AI during a time rife with major transitions—including a new EHR and CCBHC certification—staff were understandably hesitant (cue the long sighs). But within days, documentation time plummeted, satisfaction rose, and clinicians began to realize that Eleos wasn’t “one more thing”—it was the thing making everything else more manageable.

In this episode, host Dr. Denny Morrison, PhD, sits down with Marsha Page-White, Nicole Stafford, and Tim Nolte to explore how Bert Nash hit a long-standing documentation timeliness goal, reduced cancellations and no-shows, and turned initial skepticism into enthusiastic adoption.

Episode 2 — From Awareness to Action: Preparing for the H.R.1 Era in Behavioral Health

Featuring Katherine Seibel, MSSW, Federal Policy and Regulatory Strategist, National Council for Mental Wellbeing; and Peter Delia, JD, Federal Policy and Advocacy Strategist, National Council for Mental Wellbeing

Following our smash-hit episode on the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA), we’re back with part two—this time focused on what leaders should do next. Host Dr. Denny Morrison, PhD, joins National Council experts Katherine Seibel, MSSW, and Peter Delia, JD, to unpack what they’ve learned about OBBBA (also known as H.R.1) in the months following its passage.

Together, they walk through the Medicaid work requirements slated to take effect in 2027 and the provider-tax rollbacks that will reshape safety-net funding in the coming years—going beyond the mainstream headlines to explore practical steps organizations can take to prepare for the years ahead.

Episode 3 — Lighting the Way: How Lighthouse Behavioral Wellness Centers Ignited Staff AI Adoption

Featuring Tracie Del Torto, LCSW, Chief Clinical Officer, Lighthouse Behavioral Wellness Centers

Lighthouse Behavioral Wellness Centers had historically been cautious with new technology, but becoming a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) sparked a turning point. Chief Clinical Officer Tracie Del Torto, LCSW, championed Eleos’ rollout with a culture-first approach emphasizing empathy, strong training, and meeting clinicians where they were—leading to near-100% staff adoption.

Tracie joins host Dr. Denny Morrison, PhD, to share how Lighthouse transformed documentation workflows, boosted staff morale, and elevated clinical quality—all while keeping provider well-being at the center of their AI implementation story.

But the Season 3 Era Doesn’t End There…

There may be a few Easter eggs ahead. 👀 Think of it as our very own No Notes scavenger hunt.

Will there be big guest names?

Bold predictions?

A little friendly industry tea?

Never say never.

Check back here for hints! We’ll add the links to the episodes as they go live and reveal the next few as they drop.
